Critical care equipment is only as good as the service behind it. Briovent runs pan-India service across 28+ states — preventive maintenance, breakdown response, calibration, genuine spares, and biomedical training — delivered by engineers who know the equipment from the inside.

Contracts

AMC or CMC — pick what fits your budget.

AMC — Annual Maintenance Contract

Labour-only contract. Covers scheduled preventive maintenance, breakdown attendance and technical support. Spare parts are quoted and billed as required.

CMC — Comprehensive Maintenance Contract

What we cover

Five things we do, everywhere we sell.

01 — Preventive maintenance

Scheduled PM visits per contract — typically quarterly — covering inspection, cleaning, part-life checks and functional testing.

02 — Breakdown response

Same-day telephone support; on-site attendance within SLA. Loaner units available during extended repairs under CMC.

03 — Calibration

Flow, pressure, oxygen and parameter calibration with traceable test equipment, plus calibration certificates for NABH audits.

04 — Genuine spares

Original spare parts and sensors held in regional stock, dispatched quickly to keep critical equipment in service.

05 — Biomedical training

On-site training and certification for hospital biomedical and nursing teams — included with new installs, refreshed on request.
